We bring an experienced construction perspective to the owner’s side of the table—asking the right questions, identifying concerns early, helping evaluate decisions, and keeping the client informed throughout the process.

Summertree Consulting is led by an individual whose career spans more than three decades in residential construction, with most of that time in the Charlotte, NC region.
His experience includes hands-on building, project management, construction leadership, and estimating—providing a practical understanding of how significant residential projects are planned, priced, built, and delivered.
That experience now serves the client directly: providing independent guidance, asking the questions that need to be asked, and helping protect what has been entrusted to the project.
